One-to-One Training

These plans are great for those who:

  • Want the structure of appointments with a coach, no distractions, and all the attention on you
  • Are more comfortable with a coach present to watch your form and teach you exercises
  • Are early in your injury/surgery recovery and need additional support with training and maneuvering through a gym
  • Need a single session with extra attention and feedback

You will receive:

  • An initial conversation about goals, access, and life-realities
  • A customized plan delivered via the Trainerize app
  • A focus on form and technique to minimize injury risk and maximize the benefit of movement
  • Extensive one-on-one feedback via the Trainerize app and in-person conversations
  • Additional exercise programming and guidance as needed

Rates for small group personal training available by request. A small group is up to three clients per group.
