What to expect from this call?
1) We will go over your exercise history and current physical state, including any special considerations for exercise.
2) We’ll talk about your goals, what you’re looking for in a fitness and nutrition program and in a coach.
3) We’ll talk about your past experiences and what has worked well for you before, as well as things that didn’t work well for you.
4) We’ll talk about what kind of physical activity and nutrition plan I would recommend for you, and we will also come up with a strategy for implementing that plan.
5) We will decide if we’re a good fit to work together!
By the end of our conversation, you’ll be clear on not only what steps to take to achieve your goals, but also how to take those steps. I’ll be there with you every step of the way!
